You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
On-Device Processing
Some features of FilingWatch, such as AI-powered filing summaries, use on-device Apple technologies. These summaries are generated locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored by FilingWatch
Data Storage
Any preferences or alert configurations you create in FilingWatch are stored locally on your device using Apple’s system storage frameworks. This information is not transmitted to external servers.
Third-Party Services
FilingWatch retrieves public filing data from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This data is publicly available and provided directly by the SEC.
FilingWatch does not share user information with third parties.

FilingWatch does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
